於山海者○知行不可有

相違之由領家九条中将殿

御気色所候也仍執達如件

Directive issued by the proprietor of the Tannowa Estate on the fifteenth day of the third month of the eighteenth year of Shōhei (1363). Southern Court era name.

It has been determined that you shall possess the open lands of the Tannowa Estate, in the Province of Izumi. The mountains, and waters are yours in perpetuity. Let there be no disturbances. Such is the decision of the proprietor, the Hon. Captain of the Kujō house. I therefore transmit his will.

Third month, fifteenth day of the eighteenth year of Shōhei (1363)
