Regarding the appointment to the position of Estate Secretary (kumon) of Tachibana no Shigemoto
Concerning the aforementioned, as the holder of this position, your role is to levy taxes ranging from agricultural tax to miscellaneous dues, both large and small, in compliance with precedents and in a diligent manner. So it has been commanded. As a consequence, commoner estate officials are to acknowledge the above and to behave accordingly. Therefore, this order.
