也於恩賞者可申行之状

Omata Take-ichimaru document of praise (kanjō) of the seventh day of the fifth month of the third year of the Kannō era (1352). Small document (kogirigami ). Northern Court era name.

You were the first to join us when we departed on the fourth day of this month. As we set off for Tsuchimaru castle, you suffered a wound from a blow. This is most estimable. As for rewards, I will speak of them on your behalf.
