鴨河堤及大破之間為修固
任先例所被支配用途於近
国御家人等也彼銭内弐貫文

Rokuhara tandai Hōjō Norisada mikyōjo of the the twenty-fifth day of the eighth month of the fourth year of the Genkō era.
The dyke of the Kamo River has been severely damaged, and so, for its repair, based on precedent, the cost should be levied among the gokenin of nearby provinces.1 Of that sum, two kanmon2 should be presented before the tenth day of the next month. It is thus conveyed.
