大草三郎左衛門尉公弘申、駿河国
田尻郷事、度々雖被仰守護人、不
事行之上者、早莅彼所、却臨川
寺雑掌、可沙汰付下地於公弘之由、
所被仰下也、仍執達如件、

Transmission of an order issued by the shogunal chancellor (kanrei) Hatakeyama Motokuni
Ōkusa Saburō Saemon no jō Kimihiro says, ‘Regarding Tajiri district in Suruga Province: Although the shugo (protector) has repeatedly issued orders, they have not been carried out.’ Therefore, swiftly take charge of that place and get rid of the estate manager of Rinsenji Temple and transfer the land managerial rights to Kimihiro.
This has been ordered, and thus is so conveyed.
